Yeah, go ahead and rub it in. The entire north half of the state of Georgia is under a COMPLETE outdoor watering ban--meaning no washing the cars, no watering the plants, no kiddie pools or slip-n-slides, no washing the dog, etc. If it's water outside, it's pretty much banned due to drought with few exceptions. There'll be lots o'dirty cars around here for a while, I predict. Commercial car washes are still allowed to operate but some people will be too cheap to use them. The fine for violation is supposed to be about $500, with multiple violators having their water turned off. We need RAIN!!!
