Wouldn't be to hard to change the battery every year or so, or I could just wire up a regulator to fee 1.5V from the car battery. It would take at least 3-4 months of not driving the car for the clock to run the battery down! I bought the smallest clock from one of the quartz clock makers, used the face from my non-operating 76 and 79 Pacers clocks, cut the box down and attached the new quartz to the old face, reinstalled the hands and located the battery on velcro under the dash. Works great. JBwelded a piece of speedo cable to the part that changes time and let it dangle under the dash. nolan dehner nor cal AMCs Windsor, CA ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
