I bought a used sub from an 05 Altima, actually my son bought it. I figured it may be working and if not we could use the sub box in the 98 for a small 8" sub for a little extra bottom end. So my son did the bidding and we bought what we thought was a junkyard pull [going by the guys moniker "Scoobydacoreman"]. We buy it and get it here to find that not only was it not a junkyard pull, but whomever did pull it out had rammed a screwdriver through the grille and ripped it out, breaking it into pieces. They then rotated the grill pieces to allow them to be screwed back together and just pressed the piece of bent metal that used to be the grill back into the frame till it stuck. On top of that the speaker is fried. He or someone knew exactly what condition the thing was in and sold it anyhow as being useable. None of this is mentioned in the add and I asked the seller why they had not done a full disscloure on the condition of the item instead of saying it was "taken out of an 05 and may fit other cars, but is not warrantied to do so. it also said, "buy it now you never know when you may need a spare!" He never replied to the first email. So I sent another and he did not reply to it either. Not even a note saying tough $#!t. I've never before felt a need to realy follow through with a negative feedback, but this guy got one. I'm sure he will return the favor.
