All the stuff in that steering column is stock GM and is still available new from GM and most likely Jeep parts counters. It's also readily available from any parts retailer that sells stuff for GM cars, such as OPG, Classic Industries, Year One, etc. The spring-loaded metal stud and its retainer are GM part number #474102 The round disc that has the plastic "tower" the above pieces fit into is also known as the turn signal cancelling cam and it is located just below the column lock plate. This item is also available through any of the above retailers, and I've also seen it on the "Help!" rack at the local Advance Auto Parts. If you have access to a similar year GM vehicle for parts, tear into the GM column and you'll find that all the interior stuff is the same as the Eagle! Jeep XJ steering columns are also the same up through 1994. And, yes, I realize that some GM columns had the wiper switch in the column---this had no effect on the other column parts.
