A: A quick tip for those looking at pics that appear too dark:Download Irfanview (for FREE! at http://irfanview.com a tucows company) and you can download any pic, then use IRFanview to lighten it up or adjust the colors.
Another thing is that if you have an old CRT screen like me, pics on an LCD or plasma screen look much brighter. Make them look good on the CRT and they look washed out on newer screens.
