I used to have chronic back pain, to the point where I really couldn't walk. Never got on pain meds (this was twenty years ago). More than once I found myself on the floor, writhing in agony. This stuff lasted for six years. I decided one day that I wasn't going to let it take over my life, and I started walking. The pain would go away for a time *while* I walked, but afterwards when I got back home, it was excruciating. But after a few weeks of walking and doing very gentle exercises, combined with the loss of about five pounds, I started feeling much better. I started running and doing a lot of situps. The pain mostly went away after five or six years of the exercise, and it has stayed away. I know what I did may not work for everyone, but it worked for me. >Pass the word...these go.. >'54 Nash Ambassador 2dr Ht Country Club >'56 Nash Ambassador 4 dr sedan >'65 Ambassador Conv. >'67 American 220 2dr sdn So send me some photos of the above. -- Marc _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
