Hi Mark, Thanks for the feedback. I previously monkeyed with 2 different crude prototype Hydrogen generators on my 1989 Grand Wagoneer and before the PCV unit developed a leak, I gained about 4+ MPG's for a partial tank of gas. I'm on the watercar yahoo group and they are working on some different designs for the generators that seem to be much more promising. Anyhow, I just spoke with Holley Tech and the Mile Dial system is adjustable about 10 jet sizes, with the minimum being the current main jet size. I'd need a 50 jet, if I wanted to adjust between 50-60. Also, the bowl gaskets are no longer available for the Mile Dial bowls (different than std holley bowls), so I think I will shy away from that system. Perhaps the Percy's system will be better. http://www.percyshp.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=16&Itemid=30 http://www.sbfinternet.com/aa-percys-tech/tech_page_adjust_a_jet.html Sincerely, Greg Taylor Wrambler242@xxxxxxxxxxx Sent by: amc-list-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx 09/06/2007 01:13 PM Please respond to "AMC/Rambler owners, drivers and fans." <amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To "AMC/Rambler owners, drivers and fans." <amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc Subject Re: [Amc-list] Holley Carb Questions .... Holley Mile Dial System &/or Percy's Adjust-a-jet? Yahoo has a group called wastewatts that has been beating the hydrogen issue to death recently. You may want to read up on it. They say it is energy neutral or even negative, as in it takes more energy to create then it produces! I don't know. Whatever you do remember, it's all in the mixture. too lean, is too lean and won't help fuel mileage. I'd put an O2 gauge in it to keep and eye on things while tuning. I believe those kits you mentioned work, they just did not sell well to performance guys... -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 " I was different before people dared to be different" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: greg_taylor@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Hi everyone, > I am considering modifying my Holley 4160 4-bbl 600 CFM carb to run the > adjustable jetting Holley Mile Dial system (no longer available from > Holley).
