I'd hate to see you part it out. 
I don't think I can help with that sending unit though. Mine are likely toast.
I've seen them on ebay from time to time, actually fairly often.
Frank S. can tell you how to make one out of a generic too.
I can help you out with the heater stuff if your not in a big hurry, seatbelts likely too. 
I just can't do it quickly. I've got to work a show this weekend.
I hate automatics myself...
The biggest thing I hated about the Durango we rented in Hawaii was it's climate control center.
I detest not being able to turn the A/C compressor off and on when I want it to run. Same with automatics, I want to shift when I feel it is called for. I liked the automatic in the Charger it had a side action manual control to it's 4 speed automatic. It was a blast to play with, alas I did not get to play with it enough to see how user friendly it was, traffic was just to heavy in Honolulu to run it thru it's paces well.
