Only in San Francisco.  Whatta city!

Regarding the Blue Angels:  I live about one mile from
the Salinas Airport.  The annual airshow takes place
there the first week in October each year.  The Blue
Angeles appear every three years or so, alternating
with the Thunderbirds and the Canadian Snowbirds and
other flight teams.  The Blues and T-birds come over
my house repeatedly at about 1000 feet during their
practice beginning Thursday and during the
performances afternoon and evening on Friday through
Sunday.  I love being "terrorized" by the sound and
fury of those jets.
