If I read John Elle's reply correctly he is saying the filter is the same. In that case if you take a six cylinder lid to any decent metal shop you can have the outer band of metal taken off on a high tech cutter or even a simple band saw to make your lid. You can probably even pull the cut off with a jigsaw if needed and sand the peremeter to clean the roughness off.
