Wow, that's odd -- Jeff Kennedy is well known and quite reputable. I'd
buy from him again in a minute. I don't usually cut suppliers much slack
but in his case I'd assume there's some problem or other as he's pretty
good overall.

As far as I know it's Jeff and maybe one other person, it might take a
day or two (no weekends) to respond.

He also attends shows personally and I assume he's off-line during that
time.
