Easy to find? Hmmm. Around here? I think not. If I could get one I'd consider it. Track width always left me saying, "so what"? Need actual axle demensions if you are happy with your wheels/tires and clearances are tight. Maybe I'll investigate the resources for finding one around here. I've bought nothing and my mind is not made up. I've even considered buying a complete disc brake ZR2 axle. I can find one with 3:42's and disc brakes in place and have the width cut to a perfect match. new pair of axles and it's good to go. 8.5 inch 10 bolt housing will hold up fine. Still thinking and shopping and thinking. -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 " I was different before people dared to be different" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: "John Elle" <johnelle@xxxxxxxxx> > For those who have remembered just how heavy a Ford > 9 inch is; > > The following web site has quite a bit of pertinent info on > MOPAR 8 ¾ for those who are interested in going that > route. > > <http://members.tripod.com/~Mojo_Page/chry875.htm> > members.tripod.com/~Mojo_...hry875.htm > > > > John. > -------------- next part -------------- > An HTML attachment was scrubbed... > URL: > http://www.amc-list.com/pipermail/amc-list/attachments/20070710/f564cfed/attachm > ent.htm > _______________________________________________ > Amc-list mailing list > Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx > http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
