I'd shoot fo rthe ones that point the lines toward the inner fender if you plan on Efiing it. The 99 up intake is supposed to clear most everythign well though. I know that I measured and got a comparison measurement for the 99 up intake from someone on the Stroker list and the 99 up intake will clear inner fenders on the 69 Rambler. The radical curve it has should also allow total clearance for boosters too.
