Re: [Amc-list] eBay Buyers Beware

Thank you to all who responded to my posting on "mylittlebubs".

In an open answer to those who made comments;

Yes, he DID "offer" a refund, which was never received.

As an honest person, I don't ask for things I don't deserve. The postal service did not do that damage, and I would not assume them to cover the loss. I have photos of the PERFECT box it was shipped in. Not a single scratch or dent ANYWHERE. It was handled with care.

I tried several times to reach "bubs" over the fact I had not yet received my refund. No response. I gave him plenty of time to respond, hoping he would be honorable, and do as he promised. Time lapsed long enough that I could no longer leave negative feedback on him with eBay. In an e-mail, I promised him I would let as many people as I could, know what a deadbeat he is. It is my duty to do so, so others are not burned by him.

Please don't blame eBay for this. I've had over a hundred dealings with eBay. I bought my Marlin on eBay, as well as many, many parts for my Typhoon project. This incedent is rare. MOST eBay sellers are honorable people, and not out to scam anyone. Unfortunately, "mylittlebubs" isn't one of the honorable ones.
