I read a pretty good article about this car in Auto Restorer recently and the bunker had a couple of big problems due to the rush job (Plymouth donated the car two weeks prior to the event). The biggest problem is that the soil in that part of Tulsa is heavy clay which moves around a lot and leads to cracking. Second, it takes concrete about a month to cure completely and the bunker was completed a couple of days prior to the event. As far as the concrete itself, it's basically the same stuff used for concrete pools and some pictures of when it was built show there was plenty of rebar used.
