I think one standard "kit" Eastwood will be all you would need for your tank. I treated my 66 Rambler tank with their kit back in 1997 or 1998 and still have not finished the car, so gas has not yet gone in the tank. From what I could tell, the material adhered well, but I don't know about it's resistance to ethanol.
