at least for our amcs, partsamerica seems to be particularly bad.
they make you jump through all sorts of hoops to specify what year,
make, model, and engine - and then they show you all the parts that
fit every model and powertrain for many years, and you have to sort
out which ones are actually relevant!!!

i drove around inadvertently with the wrong rear cylinders for several
years because of this.  since i'd done a full brake job i didn't
realize the problem until i replaced them with the right ones.

all of them, including composite and full cast, double, single, and no
finned 10".  i also got two 9" front drums, bendix and raybestos.
coverage ranged up to '73-'92, incl jeeps.
