Hi Richard,

Thanks for your email. Yes, anyone in the world can purchase the plate. 
Thanks for the support - we are really looking forward to this year's show. 
I wanted to let you know (although you might already know this) only 
Illinois residents with valid registration and Drivers License may "adhere" 
the plate on to their vehicle for the purpose of driving a registered 
automobile with the state. I hope this makes sense. If you have more 
questions, we can be reached at 217-557-5581.

Our vehicle show registration brochure is in the print shop right now. 
Hopefully it will be out soon. I have your address, so I will ship one out 
to you in Michigan as soon as it comes out. You can always check 
www.cyberdriveillinois.com click "programs" then click "antique vehicle 
show" and I will put it out on the web ASAP (after we get the brochures 
out). Again, I hope this helps.
