Anybody know how many of the old foundries weren't "toxic"?
I betting the number would be somewhere around ZERO.
We have an old Sterling Faucett plant here in the area.
They cleaned it up.
Then they capped the whole area with 4-6" black top.
Now it is ready for commercial use only.
No homes may ever be built on that ground.
Not that any sane person would want to!!!
