Yeah, it's not obvious how it works, and the secondphoto
is useless.  I've written them about more info, photos of
installations, etc.

If it's anything other than non-rigid support I think you're
right, its a bad system. I have no idea what an S10 caliber
looks like, or how it fastens to that plate.
