By what means did you contact the seller - a direct e-mail of some sort, or
through e-Bay? I always use the "Ask seller a question" button on the
auction screen itself; that way you can be fairly confident that the seller
will receive your message. A direct e-mail could end up going to the wrong
place, or be snapped up by anti-spam software somewhere along its route.
