[Amc-list] How to check out an eBay purchase?

Hi Everyone; I'm looking at purchasing a car on eBay and I need some help checking it out. I don't have the VIN or I'd go to the local PD to have them do it.
However, I do have the model #, which is 6979-7, the trim #, which is 961F, the paint #, which is 77A and the body #, which is RO 19311.
If anyone can help determine if these number match to a '69 Javelin, I'd be very appreciative.
