I know Joe has one that is siezed, but an aluminum six in that little American would just be beyond cool!!! Yes, it would be totally cool! It would save a lot of weight, and has more modern innards. Like Frank says the later oil pump model won't fit. And I don't have one, and I do have an engine that most definitely fits, and runs (we'll see what internal state). Now if I could find one intact and running etc sure, but that's kind of a tall order. I'm in no position time- or money-wise to embark on a big project. > I never really had any problem with the crashbox trans. Yeah, that's how I feel about it. When I do mind, I'll drive something else. _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
