[Amc-list] 199 Ignition problem

I've finally gotten my American 440 wagon out of storage, and tonight tried, again, to get it started.  Fellow I bought it from said it used to run, so it's allegedly a "runner".  New ignition parts all the way around, and it still won't throw a spark.  Looked feverishly for a ballast resistor, to see if that could be the problem, but it doesn't have one.

ANY suggestions?  I might end up putting one of my 232's in it, but I'd really love to keep this 199 in there, and keep the little treasure completely original.
