LOL :] I've had a lot of fun on windy back roads in under powered FWD cars over the years. Toss them into the curve grab a lower gear and floor it. FWD sucks it right thru the corner. Of course the tail hanging out on a RWD is about as much fun, unless you get a little loose and stick the arse into the other lane taking out oncoming traffic. A friend did that with a real purty mid sixties OLDs or Buick, I forget which. No one got hurt, but he totalled out both cars. -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Don Johnson <donjohnson@xxxxxxxxxxxx> > >"Show me a FWD performance car and I'll show you........never mind, just >show me a FWD performance car. >Don" > >http://www.prdonline.com/probesport/index.htm > >John wrote; > >DONE! > >John, >I'm not saying that if you spend tons of money, you can't make a FWD car >perform. >I'm saying, show me a factory showroom, FWD performance car. >Don > _________________________________________________________________ Interest Rates near 39yr lows! $430,000 Mortgage for $1,399/mo - Calculate new payment http://www.lowermybills.com/lre/index.jsp?sourceid=lmb-9632-18466&moid=7581 _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
