[Amc-list] Server will be done today for an hour or two

amc-list.com and wps.com is being moved to a new rack location
within the same service provider. This will be probably briefer
than an hour.

There's no problem at all; the service provider (United Layer)
is moving a number of customers computer into better racks.

There will be no loss of email or archives. The only effect
will be deferred delivery.
