Maybe you oughta get Joe's spare tube! Funny -- (umm not so) that bolt that holds the peak of the two braces to that welded-on bracket kept coming loose -- I almost lost the bolt. No rust on mine, and it had a lock washer, and the big washers and assembled as per the TSM. It just wouldn't stay tight! I took it apart, and squirt brake cleaner in there to get all the oil out, and assembled it with low-torque loctite. End of problem. I don't know what that bolt kept coming loose. There's zero driveline vibration, and it's not exactly a part that was assembled/disassembled repeatedly or anything. Never heard of this happening to anyone else. I don't think it's a design issue, it's a 44 year old problem, a system living 3 - 4 times its design life. _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
