1. You must be subscribed to post - period. You can, however, read
from
the AMX-Files or AMC-List Archive websites without being subscribed.

2. Digest mode collects messages into "bundles" with a subject listing
at the top of the mail. Depending on list traffic you will receive
from
1-4 30K or so digest e-mails per day. 

3. If you read exclusively from the website but would like to post on
occasion, you can be set to "no mail" status. You will receive nothing
from the list, but can post through your e-mail (best way) or the
AMX-Files site.
