I forgot to mention in that post about Brazil, it appears that Yahoo is
under attack.  Haven't been able to get it to come up in any of 5
browsers, operating systems ranging from Unix to Linux to MacOS, any
version of Windows, or even OS/2.  All tried on 12 different computers
from a 486 to the new whatever gigahertz is popular as of two weeks ago. 
Of course, I don't own Vista yet(and probably never will).  Maybe that's a
new requirement.
