hey frank, weather got a little better so i ended up gettin everything mounted before i got your email about wanting sketch of brackets. next time i get them taken off i will do that for you. i had to machine down the hubs a fare amount. i need to find a proportioning valve. having that rear axle lockup issue i knew i would have. not real bad tho, only when i have the clutch pedal in and hit the brakes hard. i guess there is a resudual pressure valve in the line somewhere also. i have a fare amount of brake drag. seems to be only mostly on the left side. right side had hardly any heat in it, but left was hot and pulled to the left now. there is a little disk shaped "block" that the brake light switch is on. would that probably be the residual pressure valve for the front? it has the one line in, and then splits into 2 lines going to each front wheel. then in the middle has the brake light switch. then on the rear brake line, on the right side of the firewall where it starts to run under the car, there is a small "coupler" looks like linking 2 metal brake lines together. i have seen residual pressure valves that look like this. would that be the one for the rear brakes? i plan to go to disks on the rear when i get the money to get the parts for that and get the issues for the front brakes worked out. brakes seem to work well, but the pedal goes all the way to the floor. i have blead the crap out of them. will mess around with them some more see if i can get them the way i like them. i like my brakes touchy and right THERE. well, till the next update. dave stohler 62 classic custom ____________________________________________________________________________________ Be a PS3 game guru.
