An SC/Rambler is very practical for drag strip duties. A bit lighter than a Javelin, and a little more of a surprise at the end for your opponent. It just needs a nice single color paint job, not that flashy R/W/B scheme, for better effect. Might have to get a smaller scoop too... ;> Seriously, I just don't like the look of those lambo style doors on otherwise close to stock appearing vehicles, unless they are low and sleek (kind of like the lambo). I don't think they'd look to good on a stock appearing Javelin either. A custom javelin with a lower roof, maybe. The "Matador X-press" that was in the first issue of AIM might look good with them. I think that type door is more for a radical custom than anything. I believe the kits from carbodyparts is a universal type -- no Ramblers shown in the pics.
