Re: [AMC-List] Cover for AMC-15

A: I'm just catching this thread right now (kind of busy trying to get rid
of excess cars and sort/move the extra parts from the old storage to the new
plus help my buddy with the '82 Spirit get it back into running condition)
Another possible replacement cover is the front D35 on a Bronco 2. I found
out a year ago that's what they run but haven't had any time to check out
much about it.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions on this.
I found a
cover from a Dana 35 on a Cherokee at the local Pick-N-Pull.
Perfect fit on
my AMC-15. No leaks.

The one from the Dana 35 is about twice as heavy as my original.
It looks
like they completely redesigned it. The fill plug is not
threaded either.
It has a rubber stopper type plug that just pushes in.
