I wouldn't lay out more than $100 for a core,
With a knock to boot. By the time you get done fixing it you'll wish you hadn't.
Been there, done that! 
If you could see the motor apart and know fro sure it had good rotating parts that won't need replaced, it might be OK, But you buying it blind, The front cover is missing too? Naw.
