As has been stated the AMX and javelins never saw Power window options nor locks. I would assume the punchout is possibly there because the post stamping was possibly shared with another body, I would guess the American line. Not sure why the stamping even eixsts as I don't think Americans got power windows either! You are left with the option of doing it as you wish. You'll have to source the needed pieces form the aftermarket or another similar application depending on what look you are after. I'd suggest looking in restoration catalogs for something that looks right to you.
