Why?!?!

 

A total of 2054 ’71 AMXs were built.

Of those, about a third got 401s….maybe 750?

Of those, less than a third got a 4-speed…maybe 250?

Of those, maybe a quarter still exist….65 or so?

 

Comparatively, there are probably more ’69 Camaro SSs today 

than there were ‘71 AMXs in 1971.

 

Don’t know what constitutes rare on your end.
