Well, don't laugh but I have used Greyhound package express to ship one Gremlin door and two Rambler Classic fenders to separate buyers in the last few months. All items arrived OK, but I had to do the work to package them correctly. I used hot water pipe insulation foam for all the sharp edges and covered the flat surfaces with cardboard bound by copious amounts of packing tape or duct tape. Gonna be shipping a Javelin door this week the same way. I think a Gremlin hood will meet the dimension limits of Greyhound, but to be sure, go to their website and check the info there. The buyer has to be willing to pick up the item at the arriving terminal. I have used DHL, which has more generous dimension limits to ship a front clip which was about seven feet long, packaged. It was more of a hassle (finding a terminal etc.) but the package arrived safely.
