Don't panic, a 69 232 is sitting here in my shed for Free if you can arrange to get it. If someone knows how to take care of palleting and shipping one and could talk me thru it I may be able to do that too, but I would need to charge for materials and such. If I was sure you could get good runing stuff out of it, I'd offer you the driveline from my 65 990H and you could build a 327 Monsoon! 
  Also, have you considered one stock, one modified! You've done nice owrkon the one I've seen pics of. Do a stock body build, the modern driveline, don't cut it up and you can always return it to stock later. Frank S. can talk you thru a bolt  in rear axle setup IIRC. You may have to weld up a few holes to return it to stock. But they would be underneath and would not require outer bocy work or paint.
  I figured somethign was up as I hadn't heard from you.
  The heater stuff is still here too. I have a complete NON A/C set of boxes.
The A/C car has a frozen fan motor and a hole in the fan box on the engine side [repairable fiberglas] I sprayed the doors and pivot points and they need cleaned and have some rust on them, but all work.
