I don't know... it could be, but I'd think they would more likely bring back Plymouth, since it was just canned because there was no real brand difference between Plynmouth/Dodge/Chrysler. AMC was know for value oriented economy cars in its hey-day (late 50s/early 60s, and even into the 70s). By 2010 it might be a good name, if the car is American made. But it won't be anything like a "real" AMC. With the palnned market, it would be more like the Alliance.
