The grill was a real tedious and time consuming project over a 2 1/2 month period. I have around 100 hours into it. The clear went on it a few days ago and it looks factory fresh now. I just cleaned up all the mounting brackets and screws yesterday and have to paint them. I am waiting on a tranny cooler and an auxiliary cooling fan to come so I will install the grill after they are installed. I don't ever want to do this again. On the wife and the saving empty paint cans, is that not the most ridiculous thing you ever heard? My mother had a 62 classic 4 door for 5 years.
