One question: Do the cars have to be beautiful? I have two Gremlins (as if folks don't know by now!) and neither would be considered in beautiful shape. One has a crappy old paint job with a bunch of dings, but she drives well. And the other has a faded paint job but the interior is a mess. Would one of these two orphans be accepted? You are invited to an all-AMC show on October 28-29, 2006 in Boulder City, NV. The show is being hosted and co-sponsored by the Southern Nevada AMC Club. It will be held at the Hacienda Hotel and Casino in Boulder City (25 minutes from Las Vegas and 4 miles from Hoover Dam). The hotel is really nice and they are giving us a gret deal. Show participants are getting 25% off room rates for any room but you have to book no later than September 1st for the special rate. They're also letting us use other faciliites for free. We are hoping for a good turnout of beautiful AMC's. On Sunday, the 29th we are taking a tour of a 150 car privately owned auto collection. For complete details or to receive a registration form, please contact Mark Ogulnick by posting a message here, by phone 702-293-2038 (home) 702-985-7647 (cell) or e-mail (chicago0516@xxxxxxxxx). By the way, my first new car was a Fresh Plum '73 Gremlin X. I currently own a '71 Hornet SST cloned into an SC 360.
