[AMC-List] UnSubscribing

What's so hard about unsubbing?  The instructions are right there in the 
list header.

Via web:

Via email:

>         <mailto:amc-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe>

If you're receiving these messages, **YOU** subscribed when the list was on 
the old server.  You can handle unsubbing without any waiting using the 
above links.

It's unfortunate that the changeover lost all the old settings, but it 
takes barely a minute to set them back up.
