64 Ambo 990H

I noticed this Ambassador on the Bay Area craigslist
at:

but the car has also shown up on Ebay in the last
couple of days.   Please note the gauges installed in
the console.  Has anyone ever seen such an
installation.  It is not shown in the 1964 brochure
which I have.  It appears to be a nice car though.
