Hi My 1965 Ambo has been sitting in the garage since October 2005. (didn’t even start it) So today I climbed in the driver’s seat, cranked the ignition and backed the car into the driveway. But when the choke kicked down, the carb flooded. I’ve sprayed the bejesus outta the carb and choke linkage with carb cleaner to no avail. Is there something easy that I can try at home to solve the flooding problem? Or perhaps having the car towed to my mechanic is the solution. I should mention that when it comes to most car repairs, I’m a total klutz! Thanks David Parsons |
