Got my new INDY intake today,no place for fill tube or pcv

Well, my new INDY intake arrived today.Looks pretty
nice...except there is no way to add an oil fill tube
or a pcv valve.NO provision to drill/mill..etc. Guess
i'll mill my Payton style tall finned aluminum valve
covers for breathers. Has ANYONE ran the crankcase
evacuator setup on a "mostly street/some strip" car
with success? OR..should i just put a pcv in one valve
cover/a breather in the other? Suggestions??? Any
certain pan evacuator  setup better than another? Post
