I had all three engine cores on the shop floor and was
comparing all three engines, I was bored one
afternoon. As pointed out, the 4.0 has no fuel pump
lobe.
I guess you can do as I did once to get a Pontiac
wagon home that lost a fuel pump, lash a fuel can onto
the luggage rack, duct tape some fuel line staight
onto body parts and into the carb and head on down the
line....Russ
