68 Ambo questions

I have been talking to a guy up in the frozen North
who just got a real clean 68 Ambo 4-dr. Low miles, the
only thing it needed was a door flapper and wiper
arms, I supplied that. The car sounds real nice. 
He says a limb fell across it at one time and has
bondo on the front fenders, he would like to replace
the two fenders. I can't remember if 67 was a complete
twin as the 68 as far as fenders. I know when I tried
to swap hoods from the 67 onto my 68 there was some
diff. Also he says there is a little bubbling around
both rear fender lips. What years will interchange and
will the 2 dr work. Anyone around Manitoba got
anything? Thanks all......Russ
