nb. -late- 199 slugs are flattops, with the '68-up 66cc head.  earlier
ones had a dish to work with the smaller 56cc head.

high-compression 290 slugs are also flattops, with eyebrows for valve
clearance, but i believe they're a bit taller - maybe too much to work
in a six, if you can even find them.  sealed power used to have
forgings for them too.
