American Performance lists one in their online catalog.  Part AM9206 for $89.  You can reach them at www.oldcartparts.com or (321) 632-8299.  

If they don't have one I'd try Kennedy American (614) 879-7283 or Galvin's Rambler (209) 365-6315.  

As a last resort a radiator shop might be able to make or modify one to fit.
