1980-83 Concord/Spirit owners -- help!

I'm having a bit of trouble finding out what the Federal Safety Certification Label looked like on these cars. The 1980-82 TSM has one design that was definitely used in 1980, but I can't tell if it was used through 83, or until they ran out. Another style was used on at least one 82 car, and all 81-88 Eagles that I've seen so far.

Note the "CATALYST" sticker on the Eagle door. If anyone has one of these on a 79 or earlier vehicle I'd like to know!
