FW: question for you (AMX Wheel Color?)

Yes, I'm  keeper of AMC knowledge, but when it comes down to the nit picking details I just can't remember it all! Plus I concentrate on the less popular cars. So can someone answer this for me? I know there are those AMX experts who have the answer right at hand!

Could you tell me what color/sheen I should paint my '68 amx wheels?  It's either black or charcoal, where the lug nuts go.
